We have an exciting opportunity to join our established HR team as an HR Business Partner.

What you will be doing in this role

• You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders and work in partnership with business leaders to provide HR advice whilst managing business risk at all times.
• You'll identify gaps, propose and implement changes to continuously improve performance and employee engagement.
• You'll support in company policy and HR & Payroll process development in line with business needs and employment law updates.
• You'll manage ER cases across the business and provide specialist HR advice and guidance, ensuring relevant employment legislation and best practice are followed.
• You'll build a rapport with recognised trade unions and assist recruitment, restructures, change projects and consultation processes.
• You'll coach line managers to manage employee relations issues directly where possible and ensure wide spread understanding across the business.
• You'll champion equality and diversity across the company.
