Purpose

As a RevOps Manager at Causeway, you will be responsible for building our commercial pricing function and orchestrating the alignment of our go-to-market teams. Your efforts will optimise revenue processes, drive operational efficiency, and fuel growth across the entire customer journey, from initial marketing engagement to renewals. In this role, you will leverage unified processes, technology, and data to ensure our revenue engine operates at peak performance.

Responsibilities

Revenue Process Optimisation

• Design and optimise full-funnel revenue processes from marketing to renewals
• Drive pipeline health through effective lead management, scoring, and routing optimisation
• Own sales productivity metrics and implement programs to improve win rates
• Introduce sales methodologies and cadences to accelerate deal velocity
• Lead customer lifecycle programs to maximise retention and expansion
