This newly established role will be central to maintaining and enhancing compliance across ISO certifications and product standards, ensuring that internal systems and processes continue to support high standards in quality, health & safety, and environmental performanceAs the QHSE Systems Coordinator you will be getting involved in….
- Oversee the ongoing improvement and upkeep of ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 systems
- Plan and manage both internal and external audits
- Assist leadership in applying enhancements identified through audit findings
- Produce Safety Data Sheets and Environmental Product Declarations using designated tools
- Provide regulatory bodies with required environmental reporting
- Collaborate with Quality Control and management teams to prepare product documentation
- Develop COSHH assessments for substances used within the manufacturing processSkills and Experience
- Prior experience working in roles such as Quality Coordinator / Compliance Coordinator / ISO systems coordinator / QHSE & Compliance Assistant / QHSE Coordinator / HSE Coordinator
- Previous experience in maintaining ISO management systems will be essential – whether that be ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 (knowledge of all 3 would be great)
- Familiarity with coordinating audits and supporting audit-related improvement actions
- Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience generating or working with Safety Data Sheets and COSHH assessments
- Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, such as packaging waste obligations
- Previous involvement in creating or supporting CE marking and product certification processes would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple compliance processes simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
