Nursery Practitioner Pre-school

An experienced practitioner is being sought at The Wendover Nursery, working with the Pre-school.  Salary is up to £29,719 depending on experience, with great benefits, onsite parking and based on a 38 hr working week.  A joining bonus is also offered at £1000 paid after completion of 6 months probation.  There is also a local bus which stops outside the Nursery.

Wendover Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group, and is based in Wendover within walking distance of mainline train station at Stoke Mandeville and an easy commute from Aylesbury.  Our purpose built 101 place nursery houses a bespoke sensory room, as well as drama and art studio, and the nursery offers ample secure outdoor space with rolling countryside views. Requirements

As an Early Years Childhood Teacher you will :

Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development

Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development

Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always

Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room

Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met

You will need to have a Level 2 or above Early Years Qualification
