Ad Hoc Class 1 Driver

We are currently recruiting for Ad-Hoc Class 1 Drivers across Bristol, Avonmouth and Portbury.The position of Class 1 Day Driver involves :

• Delivering to retail stores on curtain side and box trailers on single and double deck trailers.
• Collecting multiple containers from port for delivery to distribution centre.
• Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectationsEssential skills required for Class 1 Day Driver :
• Must have a UK Class 1 (CE) Driving Licence.
• Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.
• Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Working to deadlines.
• Confident, polite and a team player.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.INDLP
