We’re looking for an  innovative and knowledgeable Learning & Organisational Development Manager  to join our People team. This is an exciting and  autonomous  role in a small but ambitious team, where you will work alongside another L&OD Manager and our L&OD Adviser, reporting to the Head of People. You’ll have the opportunity to shape learning and development across all our locations, working with incredible colleagues to support them on their learning journeys.

What You’ll Do :

  • Drive forward a  culture of learning and feedback , ensuring personal and professional development is embedded across the organisation.
  • Design and deliver impactful  L&OD initiatives  that align with our organisational goals and People strategy.
  • Provide  coaching and guidance  to leaders and teams, supporting them to thrive.
  • Work alongside our talented  volunteers and staff  to leverage their knowledge and skills
  • Encourage creativity and innovation , using your expertise to empower our teams to embrace innovations in L&OD.

  • Flexible Working :  we embrace flexible and family-friendly working arrangements, typically operating in a hybrid manner with meaningful time onsite. CHAS offers flexible and family friendly working and are happy to discuss working arrangements that work for you! This role can be based in Edinburgh, Stepps, Rachel House in Kinross or Robin House in Balloch. Frequent travel between sites and in-person training delivery is expected.
