We are a dedicated education recruitment agency seeking a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Nottinghamshire. This full-time role starts this January and runs until the end of the academic year, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing tailored support to students with a range of SEN, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, fostering confidence and independence.
• Supporting the school’s ethos of inclusion and development.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential).
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
