As an Administrator at our Guildford Hospital youre able to manage appraise and interpret the data. Whats more you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent but this isnt essential.

As an Administrator in our Radiology department you will :

• Handle booking patients for diagnostic tests managing patient enquiries
• Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
• Maintain databases
• Provide a range of secretarial services including minute taking and diary management

Our facilities include 49 ensuite patient bedrooms 4 operating theatres acute dependency and oncology units. Weve been awarded the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark for cancer care and our Endoscopy service has achieved JAG accreditation. Our site is shared with an NHS Trust hospital giving us access to their facilities. The working atmosphere is highly professional and stimulating yet friendly and collaborative like that of a large family unit.
