This is initially a temporary role, with the potential to become a permanent position.As a Customer Account Manager you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Efficiently handling and monitoring customer inquiries
• Monitoring email inboxes and checking information
• Arranging collections from customers and suppliers
• Scanning relevant information into the system
• Updating customer assets on the database
• Managing the flow of work within the company's ERP systems
• Processing incoming and outgoing subcontract items
• Supporting logistics and workshops
• Liaising internally with other sites
• Raising purchase requisitions, if required
