A day in the life of a Branch Partner
Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency teamCoaching the team to achieve KPI’sMonitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)Encourage your teams development and progressionStrong focus on generating new and repeat businessDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyersLiaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needsNegotiating offers and agreeing salesEnsuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodiesEssential Skills of a Branch Partner
Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicleMinimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higherWorks well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each otherThe ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branchThe ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitorsA strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate AgencyAbility to manage time sensitive and high volume workloadsA reputation for delivering outstanding customer serviceAbility to work under own initiativeGood telephone mannerStrong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)Attention to detailThe Finer Details
