HLTA Opportunity - Full Time | Welcoming Primary School | Dagenham

Are you an experienced HLTA or Cover Supervisor with a passion for supporting children's learning across KS1 and KS2?

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Dagenham that is seeking a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a positive school environment, and is looking to make a real difference across both Key Stages.

• What We're Looking For :

To be successful in this role, you must have :

Proven experience as a HLTA or Cover Supervisor in a UK primary school

The ability to confidently cover classes across KS1 and KS2

A strong understanding of the primary curriculum

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude

A commitment to supporting children of all abilities

Essential Compliance Requirements :
