Inspector

Composite Inspector, Sussex £16 - £18.50 per hour DOEShorterm Group are currently seeking a Composite Inspector for one of our key customers in the automotive and motorsport sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.Key Responsibilities :

• Inspect components to ensure conformity to drawing specifications.
• Collaborate with operators and quality teams to address concerns and non-conformances.
• Use hand measurement tools, FARO arm, and CMM.
• Work with the Quality Manager to maintain and integrate the Quality Management System and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Potential travel for project-specific work.Key Requirements :
• Good communicator, both written and spoken.
• Engineering degree, apprenticeship, or relevant industry experience in composites.
• Knowledge of hand-based inspection or a willingness to learn.
• Experience troubleshooting and solving production issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.Desirable Skills :
