Senior Planning Officer

My client are looking for a Senior Planning Officer to join their team on an interim basis and will welcome applications from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences to enrich their team.You will be joining an exciting authority based in the South West of England as part of their town planning function. The successful candidate will be required to determin a range of minor and major planning applications including change of use, residential and commercial development working pro-actively, negotiating to ensure the highest quality outcome.They are offering the role on a hybrid basis and would be happy to discuss suitable working arrangements if progressed to interview.
