Position : Production Planner

Location : Lurgan Northern Ireland

Job Type : FullTime

Overview :

We are currently looking for a motivated and detailoriented Production Planner to join a dynamic team within a wellestablished food manufacturing business. In this role you will be responsible for creating and managing production plans to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Purchasing and Production teams to ensure that products are produced on time and meet customer service level requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage weekly monthly and quarterly production plans using a variety of data sources.

Create inventory requirement plans for Purchasing and Production teams to ensure smooth production workflows.

Coordinate production workflows to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Ensure customer service requirements are met through effective production planning.

Present clear and concise production plans to stakeholders.

Prepare and submit performance reports highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy planning role within a food manufacturing or similar environment.

Strong understanding of production planning stock analysis control and purchase planning.

Degreelevel qualification in a relevant discipline.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong IT skills particularly in data management and reporting.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

A proactive flexible and driven approach to work with strong leadership and communication skills.
