Are you a Design Manager or similar with a background in R&D looking to join a specialist Pressure Equipment manufacturer supplying to some of the biggest brands in the gas and oil sector, taking lead of a team to develop new and innovative products?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a large company who are aggressively expanding throughout the UK. They undertake design, modification and manufacturing of specialised valves for some of the biggest gas and oil companies in the world.

This role will involve managing the R&D team, ensuring that projects are assigned, time lines are kept to and that work is being done to a satisfactory standard. You will also be leading research for new products, creating technical reviews, overseeing new product testing and the cost of projects.

This role would suit a Design Manager with a background in R&D for Valves / Pressure Equipment looking to join a company at the forefront of their industry, who have grown over the last year and due to an increase in new business will continue that growth into the next.
