The pristine home consists of various units including a dementia, residential and a nursing unit. The purpose built home is designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care

As a Nurse your key duties include :
Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing our residents needs and wishesDevelop, review and update care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needsCommunicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholdersComply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelinesEnsure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered to our clientsPromote high standards of nursing care for you and your team, by ensuring all staff is supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth efficient mannerEnsure that the team's skill and knowledge levels are able to meet the changing needs of the businessThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essentialCaring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track recordPassionate about delivering outstanding care to older peopleExcellent organisation & leadership skillsEffective communication skillsFlexible, professional and committed to being the bestQuality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our servicesThe successful Nurse for this position will be paid an excellent salary of £19.50 per hour and the annual salary is up to £44,616 per annum.
