Vacancy : SALES VALUER / LISTER Residential Lettings Agency

Location : Staines TW18

Salary : OTE 50k

Position : Permanent Full Time

The role is to go out and win new business in Staines and surrounding areas and convert market appraisals to new listings.

To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience a proven track record of achievement in a property sales role and significant successful experience of valuations and listings.

The perfect candidate will be highly selfmotivated wellpresented well spoken eloquent charismatic engaging charming and specifically be capable of winning new business at the right price for the right fee.

You will also be innovative and capable of spotting new and valuable business opportunities.
