This care home offers nursing care for those who have complex medical needs, as well as 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, which may also have other long-term medical conditions

As the Clinical Lead your key duties include :
Responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of carePromoting independence and dignity whilst positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our careSupporting the delivery of improvements whilst driving quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelinesEnsuring a welcoming, safe and engaging environment is provided for all residents, employees and visitors to the HomeSupporting the Home Manager and taking responsibility for the day to day management of the HomeThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the homeExperienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care servicesExperienced in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworksAble to maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technologyConfident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislationAble to support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all timesThe successful Clinical Lead will receive an excellent salary of £22.00 per hour and the annual salary is £51,480 per annum.
