Customer Sales Advisor Representing Beko Europe with a Leading UK Insurance Provider!

Requirement : Minimum of 12 months targeted telesales experience in one role within the last 3 years.

Position : Customer Sales Advisor Beko Europe

Salary : 23000 per year OTE 7800 annually

Contract : Permanent FullTime

Location : Remote / Hybrid Work from home or combine with office days in Nottingham

What Youll Do

As a Customer Sales Advisor youll :

  • Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.
  • Help customers register their appliances with ease.
  • Use your sales expertise to upsell relevant protection plans.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.

No prior experience Dont worry! Our 4week training program will equip you with everything you need to excel in this rolefrom product knowledge to advanced sales techniques.

  • Remote : Work from the comfort of your home (well provide all the necessary equipmentjust ensure reliable broadband).
  • Hybrid : If youre located near our Nottingham office youll be expected to work onsite 34 times a month combining the benefits of remote flexibility with inoffice collaboration
  • Shift Pattern

  • Rotational shift pattern over 6 weeks .
  • Shifts between 8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM .
  • Includes 1 full weekend and 2 Saturdays every 6 weeks.
