Automotive Service Advisor Required in Guildford, Surrey for Franchised Car Dealership

Hours : 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota
Pay : £28 - £30k Basic + Uncapped Bonuses and commission

We are currently working with a well-established International Motor Trade Dealership Group who have been trading worldwide for over 25 years and operate with over 300 dealerships; career prospects and opportunity are endless with out Motor Trade client. Our client has an excellent reputation and operate with over 10 vehicle brands and still expanding opening up new dealerships as they grow.

They are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor who has at least 2 years' experience within a Main Dealership, or similar environment, to join and support the work of their Service Department. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in the local area.

Within this Service Advisor role you typical duties will include :

Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with vehicle technicians within the workshop

Liaison with customers about any additional work required

Greeting customers and scheduling services

Estimating time and costs associated with repairs

Handling customer complaints

Responding to customer requests

Tracking the vehicle through the workshop
