Mechanical Contracts Manager

Position : Contracts ManagerSalary : £62,000 - 70,000 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + HealthRegion : Surrey & LondonIndustry : ConstructionMy client is seeking a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of schemes predominantly based across the South East. The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3 / 4 at one time) site based with other days based from home. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality M&E works ranging from a few £100k to £5M in value.The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following : -All projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme / quality targets.
