PASTRY
CHEFWe are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our friendly team. This is an exciting role for someone who has a creative flair and is passionate about their work.The role will involve : - Assisting with training, supervision and development of more junior members of the team.- Assisting with menu planning, creating new recipes / menus and ideas with consideration to seasonal produce.- Making and serving pastries and desserts for the snack, lunch, and daily changing afternoon tea and dinner menus.- Baking fresh breads and preparing items for the breakfast buffet.Skills / experience required : -Must have experience in pastry in similar establishments.-Must have received formal training and / or possess relevant college qualifications.Working pattern : 5 day week on rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
