The distribution centre is one of the companies most advanced and highly automated DC’s and covers a whopping 1,000,000sq.ft.The Warehouse Operative is fundamental to the day to day operations across the TJ Morris network with all items picked for the day, supplied direct to stores the following day. The site operates 24 / 7 with all warehouse operatives expected to work 5 days out of 7 which will include rotational weekends.As a Warehouse Operative you will be provided with all of the latest training to ensure that you can operate to your full potential, and to use the companies automated Caddy Pick System.
