Quality Assurance Lead

• Career development and recognitionYour role as Quality Assurance LeadOwning and leading the way in our quality assurance process you’ll :
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure AS9100 compliance
• Oversee audits, including external BSI, LRQA, ASTM, customer and supplier audits
• Ensure timely resolution of non-conformances
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, waste, and risk
• Support the Head of Engineering & Quality in fostering a Zero Defects culture
• Conduct EHS audits and inspections, investigate incidents and apply corrective actions
• Promote a safe and healthy workplace through training and awareness programsAbout youWe are looking for :
• Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment – AS9100, ISO9001 / ENS ideal
• Practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA and developing QMS
• Experience in auditing, non-conformance investigation techniques
• The ability to lead and influence and build a positive quality assurance cultureClick APPLY!
