Senior Site Manager

Marble Talent Group are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our client on a major construction project based at Blackfriars Bridge. This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for someone with a solid background in main contracting and managing large commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.________________________________________Key Responsibilities :

• On-Site Management : Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are progressing in line with programme, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Coordination : Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Health & Safety : Enforce a strong health and safety culture across the site. Ensure all workers are compliant with H&S policies and procedures.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor construction quality, carrying out regular inspections to ensure works are completed to specification and standard.
• Progress Reporting : Report progress to the Senior Project Manager and provide updates on site activities, challenges, and solutions.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any on-site issues that may impact productivity, timelines, or safety.
• Site Documentation : Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, inspection records, and HSE documentation.
• Logistics : Manage materials, deliveries, and equipment to keep the site running efficiently.________________________________________Required Qualifications & Experience :
• Education : HND / HNC in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Trade Background : Practical experience in a trade-specific discipline is essential.
• Experience : Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects, ideally within a main contractor environment.
• CSCS Card : Must hold a valid CSCS card (Site Manager level).
• DBS Check : Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check prior to starting on site.
• On-Site Presence : Must be available to work onsite every day at Blackfriars Bridge.
• Duration : Commitment to the full lifecycle of a 2–3 year project.________________________________________Skills & Competencies :
