Specialising in super prime residential refurbishments, they are known for delivering projects of exceptional quality in some of the capital’s most exclusive postcodes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded firm and play a key commercial role in delivering complex, high-value refurbishment projects.As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of multiple high-end residential refurbishment schemes. You will be responsible for cost planning, procurement, contract administration, valuations, and final accounts, ensuring financial control from inception to completion.
