Job Description
- Overseeing financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department
- Implementing and refining financial strategies for the company
- Collaborating with the senior management team to set organisational goals
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
- Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
- Representing the company in financial discussions and negotiations with stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Finance Manager should have :
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role within the professional services industry
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
