  • 48000 per year plus end of year performance based bonus

Were looking for anexperienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our beautiful restaurant in Sandbanks.

What youll be gettingup to :

  • Leading the kitchen team to deliver a quality experience for our guests
  • Developing training and inspiring your kitchen team to continuously improve
  • Working alongside the restaurant manager to find ways to make your guests and staff smile
  • Planning rotas events and holidays to ensure the smooth running of your restaurant

    This is a greatopportunity for an experienced Head Chef. Werelooking for someone who has worked in high end restaurants that puts their heartand loyalty into a role. Youll be aware of guest needs and know how to makethem smile as well being able to effectively lead inspire and develop ateam.

    Rick and Jill Steinstarted our family run business back in 1975 and today we employ over 600happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurantin Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England plus hotel roomscookery school shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavilyinvolved in the business as are their three sons Ed Jack and Charlie.
