Credit Controller / full time / Permanent / £30,000An excellent opportunity for a Consumer Credit Controller has arisen with a market leading provider of SaaS solutions used by over 5,000 retailers. As a Credit Controller in this position, you will join an expanding team to support customers in arrears and future payment plans. To be considered for this role you should come paired with experience in a credit control position and be a confident communicator. Role and Responsibilities : Communicating with customers in arrears via phone, email, or letter to recover missed loan paymentsDiscussing and establishing payment plans for customers unable to immediately settle their arrearsCoordinating and overseeing repayment arrangements with debt collection agenciesEscalating unpaid debts to the designated legal advisory serviceSupervising the debt recovery process in collaboration with the legal advisory serviceManaging voluntary repayment agreements through debt agenciesInforming customers of any recovery-related costs and processing associated chargesEnsuring accurate and up-to-date record-keepingMaking necessary updates to the company's debt management systemPreparing monthly debt reports for the Finance Manager and relevant stakeholdersCollaborating with the Customer Success Manager to enhance the credit check systemLogging and resolving customer complaints related to debts Essential Skills : Previous experience in a Credit Control positionConfident in financial transactionsStrong telephone communication skillsAbility to work well in a teamStrong attention to detail Package : Base salary of £30,00025 days holidays plus bank holidaysFree parking on siteClose to public transportExcellent company culture Credit Controller / full time / Permanent / £30,000
