Were looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to join a valuesdriven organisation where wellbeing diversity and engagement are at the heart of everything.
In this exciting role youll design and deliver the employee experience strategy from wellbeing and recognition initiatives to supporting charity partnerships and embedding DE&I into daily work life.
Youll bring these plans to life across the business working closely with champions coordinators and managers to make a real impact.
What youll be doing :
- Create and develop a positive employee experience working with colleagues across the business at every stage of the employee journey.
- Design and deliver initiatives across wellbeing DE&I and recognition that make a real difference.
- Create and launch a recognition scheme for peertopeer managertoemployee and companywide.
- Lead a wellbeing champion group working with one volunteer from each team to drive campaigns forward.
- Use data and insights to understand whats working to make improvements where needed and shape campaigns.
- Listen to employees through structured feedback channels and turning insights into clear action plans.
- Collaborate with Internal Comms Marketing and People teams to ensure everything we do reflects company values and supports our employer brand.
What we are looking for :
Someone whos passionate about people and understands what makes a brilliant employee experience.A proactive and creative individual with a natural ability to bring ideas to life in engaging and meaningful ways.Proven experience working in a wellbeing DE&I or employee experiencefocused role and have a proven track record in designing and delivering successful engagement programmes.This will be working Monday to Friday 9am5pm earning a salary of 40000.
