Responsibilities and Duties

The Export Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for maintaining and improving customer service levels for a number of offshore accounts within the group and providing office and sales support to field-based Account Managers.

As an Export Sales Co-ordinator, you will manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, support Account Managers, and assist with other accounts within your assigned team.

• Successful delivery of account growth through both internal and external relationships.
• Effective liaison and communication between the companys internal departments.
• Handling enquiries related to existing / new accounts daily and communicating account requests to the relevant department.
• Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
