Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices.
- Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with external bodies such as health and safety authorities and insurance companies.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
