They currently deliver  planned maintenance, fire safety and retrofit  projects across London & Home Counties. With a number of long term contracts already secured and further exciting frameworks and projects in the pipeline, this is an incredible opportunity to join a reputable and established business with long term security and career prospects.This role is to join the commercial department for the property services division. My client are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor , however they would consider an Assistant Quantity Surveyor that is looking for a step up.Day to day responsibilities will include;Cost planningClosing out and Setting up contracts commerciallyLiaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budgetReconcile cost / value reports & profit forecastsWorking off the NHF Schedule of ratesApprove sub-contractors & supplier paymentsAttending & Charing progress meetings with clientsRegular on site visitsOverlook P&L with operational leadsCash flow managementThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business on a permanent basis.
