As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Compliance Manager to join their business.Responsbilities include but are not limited to :

• Maintain and oversee the site's QMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Support the site with all audit preparations, including BRC, Organic, Fairtrade, RFA, and SMETA.
• Manage supplier due diligence, SEDEX databases, and third-party portals while verifying compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain and update product specifications, manage customer profiles, and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Investigate and document customer complaints, manage product rejections, and implement corrective actions while identifying trends for improvement.
• Oversee product risk assessments, including pesticide and microbiology testing, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain traceability schedules, conduct recall tests, and ensure robust documentation for all products.
• Work closely with internal teams, growers, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and facilitate technical communicationAbout you :
