Project Manager

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a permanent basis, located in Scotland.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver civil design and engineering across a range of projects, including renewables, energy, and transmission & distribution infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects that support the transition to clean energy. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions safely, on time, and within budget using in-house expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and safety requirements.
• Oversee planning, design coordination, procurement, and execution of civil works, including foundations, support structures, substations, drainage systems, and site infrastructure.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors, driving collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and environmental best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and efficiency.
