Support Worker - TEMPORARY

The Role :

• Working as part of a larger Support team to provide responsive support services to people who have / are experiencing substance & alcohol misuse, mental ill health, fleeing domestic abuse and any other challenging issues
• Liaising with other agencies regarding specific needs including Benefits, Mental Health, Substance Misuse, Housing / Estate Agents and Education & Training.
