We have a fabulous opportunity to join both St Martins Lane & Sanderson in our Sales Team as a Sales Coordinator.
Job Description
Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will support the Sales team with administration and assist with the co-ordination of their activities. This role will also be key in the team to assist in all areas of direct sales efforts in order to increase hotel market share, maintain a high level of customer service while bringing an unparalleled approach to converting group and leisure business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we ask that you have :
Minimum of 1 years experience in an administrative role
Computer literate
Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
Experience in customer service
Experience in working within a hotel environment, including with hotel PMS and reservation systems
Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Innovative, Pro-active and reliable
The successful candidate must be able to provide proof of the correct right to work in the UK.
