Day shift engineer

My client is seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join a dynamic team of engineers and technicians at prominent Law firm in Chancery LaneThis role offers an excellent opportunity to work in one of London's most exciting part in town with full fledged Facilities Management provider who will look to provide addition training to successful applicanta like High / Low Voltage coursesKey Details

• Schedule : 4on -4off- 6on-6off - 2 on-3 off (Days only)
• Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM
• Employment Type : Full-time
• Location : Chancery LaneCompensation Package
• Base Salary : £48,000 per annumEssential Requirements
• Proven experience in building engineering or facilities management
• Fully qualified electrical diploma (level 3) and 18th edition C&G
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance
• Professional approach and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with high-end residential properties preferredResponsibilities
• Maintain and monitor building systems and equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance PPMs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities : Plant rooms, distribution board panels, emergency lighting and other installation.
• Support the delivery of exceptional service standards
