Senior Maintenance Technician

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting an Senior Maintenance Technician on a 10 Month Contract based in Hampshire.This position is INSIDE IR35Job Description : Undertake all types of plumbing tasks and carry out general maintenance of a large office building.Key Responsibilities40 hours a week with variable start times of 07 : 00 – 15 : 30 and 09 : 30 – 18 : 00.Skills & Experience :

• Previous experience in a large office building environment is preferred. A minimum requirement is a City and Guilds qualification or similar in plumbing.
• DBS / CTC Checks : These will be required (requirement).
• Residency : UK residency of 3 years or more is necessary (requirement).
• Drug & Alcohol Test : This will be undertaken within the first month of placement for critical roles.
• Interview Knowledge : During the interview, candidates must demonstrate some knowledge of the client and an understanding of the role.
