The setting is centred on pupil’s development, as well as a desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social and behavioural skills.The school are seeking a passionate team player to take on this short-term role, although there is potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children’s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school.The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
