Regen Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join a housing association in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the social housing sector, ensuring tenants live in safe, well-maintained homes.

- Conducting detailed surveys of social housing properties to assess damp, mould, and condensation issues
- Producing comprehensive reports with recommendations for remedial action
- Working closely with housing officers, asset management teams, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensuring all work complies with housing regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices
- Engaging with tenants to provide advice and support on damp and mould prevention
