• Contract Management : Oversee NEC Contract administration and reporting, focusing on change management.
• Value Engineering : Lead efforts in value engineering, from Compensation Event Quotation development to formal submission and negotiation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external client stakeholders.
• Risk Management : Lead Change Management and Risk Reduction meetings, providing commercial risk advice to the wider project team.
• Commercial Governance : Ensure compliance with commercial governance and maintain accurate commercial records.What’s on Offer :
