- Supporting the design and delivery of temporary works schemes across a range of construction projects
- Assisting senior engineers with calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
- Getting hands-on experience with formwork and falsework systems
- Learning to liaise with site teams, clients, and suppliers to understand practical needs and constraints
