B6 Discharge Team Occupational Therapist
A well-managed and friendly team in Yeovil is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their D2A service for a long-term locum contract.
The hourly pay rate for this role is £25.00 - £28.00 P / H.
About this role
- Assessing people in their own homes immediately following an inpatient admission
- Loan working in peoples’ own homes (but have access to the wider team for support as needed).
- Community experience for this position is desired
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of professionals across health and social care
