Mechanical Estimator - West LondonMechanical Estimator. Our client, a leading M&E contractor who operate across the country, are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team based in West LondonThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years estimating experience with a strong mechanical / M&E background and will hold a full UK Driving Licence.Duties will include but are not limited to the below : Ensuring all applications are submitted in line with the contractual termsEnsuring sub-contractor payments are made on timeOverseeing the commercial teamCompleting client valuationsMonitoring all applications submitted and ensure any works rejected are tracked and reissued when appropriatePricing all jobs by their appropriate revenue code to ensure that they are billed correctlyTo produce and agree a monthly applicationMonitoring and managing costs to ensure profitability is maintained.Requirements : Degree qualifiedMechanical / M&E ExperienceExperience Surveying, Pricing and Validating Subcontractor QuotationsExperience Measuring Works, Generating and Agreeing applicationsNegotiation SkillsThis is a Permanent, office based position with a negotiable salary on offer.
