Quality Consultant3 days a week (hybried working model)3 monthsSouth West EnglandOverview : We are seeking a Nourish / Quality Specialist to come and support our client's service. As a Nourish Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the care plans are up-to-date and aligned with CQC standards whilst also supporting the team with the implementation of the system.Responsibilities : - Work closely with the team to implement the Service Improvement Plan- Update and enhance care plans, ensuring they are in line with the latest CQC guidelines- Implement templates into the system to streamline care documentation- Refresh and update all policies and procedures to meet the highest quality standardsRequired Skills : - Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and ability to stay up-to-date with any changes- Proficiency in using the Nourish platform and implementing templates- Proven medication management experience, system transition is preferable- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with teams- Familiarity with local governing body is a plusIf this sounds like something you would be interested in, please reach out as soon as possible, interviews will be this week.
