This role is ideal for candidates with a background in youth work, cover supervision, or supporting students with behavioural difficulties.Key Responsibilities :

• Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour and implementing effective strategies
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with complex behavioural needs
• Assist in creating and maintaining a structured, engaging learning environment
• Implement positive reinforcement techniques and de-escalation strategies
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored learning activities
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavioural incidentsEssential Skills and Experience :
• Proven experience working with students with challenging behaviour in secondary settings
