Head of Sales – South Manchester – Up to £35,000 plus commission

This exciting property firm is on the cusp of revolutionising the property market, they are set to redefine sales, lettings and build-to-rent market and are rapidly becoming one of the UK’s most popular providers of fixed, passive property income.

They’re now looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and hard-working Sales Manager to be a part of the success, offering you an excellent commission structure alongside a fun environment with team socials and incentives!

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Property Consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monetary targets
  • Analyse market trends, client feedback, and sales data to continuously improve sales tactics and strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Oversee the client acquisition process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Implement and utilise CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and Build to Rent developments in the UK property market
  • Provide expert advice and insights to the team and clients regarding investment opportunities
  • What you will have

  • Proven track record in property sales, with a strong understanding across all property markets
  • Responsible for achieving monetary targets, developing sales strategies, and driving the team's performance
  • Previous experience in a sales management role, leading a team to achieve targets
