Care Assistant Morning Shift. Fleetwood Hall Care Home.

  • Pay Rate : £11.49 per hour
  • Shift Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 11 AM
  • Contracted Hours : 18 hours per week Monday Saturday

Located near the stunning Lancashire coast our newly refurbished 62bed home offers a modern welcoming and supportive environment for both our residents and team members.

We strive to provide toptier personcantered care in a friendly and personalized setting. Our team collaborates closely to address each resident’s unique needs interests and preferences ensuring they live an enriched and meaningful life.

As a Care Assistant at our home your role may involve :

  • Supporting residents with personal care and hygiene mealtimes and daily activities.
  • Promoting social engagement by encouraging residents to pursue their hobbies and interests.
  • Providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships with residents.
  • Maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment within the care home.
  • Assisting with mobility and ensuring the physical wellbeing of residents.
  • Participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure residents' individual needs are met.
  • Contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging social activities.

  • Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • A positive attitude with a warm and compassionate personality.
  • A genuine interest in health and social care. Experience is a plus but not essential—training will be provided!
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota including some weekends.
