HVAC Project Manager – South East London & Kent
60,000 – £65,000 + Package
We're working with a well-established and growing HVAC contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality air conditioning and mechanical services across a range of sectors. They're now looking to appoint a HVAC Project Manager to oversee a number of exciting projects across South East London and Kent.
This role will involve managing a portfolio of projects with a combined value of up to £2 million, ranging from smaller works at £10k through to large-scale installations up to £2 million. Project types include hotels, offices, and data rooms, offering plenty of variety and technical challenge.
The Role
- Manage multiple HVAC projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Oversee site operations, labour, subcontractors, and supply chain
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance
